Launched in 2013, Burst of Flavour has ample experience in creating exclusive packages for weddings, themed events, corporate functions and private parties. We offer a one-stop event planning and management service covering every aspect of your event and continuously deliver a high standard of quality and value for money to our clients.

Burst of Flavour is a brainchild of a young black professional chef, turned businesswoman; Michelle Mathonsi. Michelle has mastered her profession and together with her passion for food, has made the business to boldly stand out from the rest. The service standard of Burst of Flavour allows the company to serve even the high end of the market.

The ranges of cutlery and crockery options available are artfully prepared with style and flair. Dishes adorn the table with flourishes of colour and subtle elegance. Of course, this regard for presentation also extends right through to our people. Waiting staff are professional and courteous at all times, while personal appearance is consistently impeccable.

Burst of Flavour has a contract with Billion Group to supply lunch for their executives daily, we also get to do their office events, such as Mandela day, women’s day etc. we have been working with them since March 2017 till present.

BIDVEST (GPT)

Burst of Flavour is contracted to Bidvest for the next 3 years in supplying them with catering services and creating and running a "grab and go" canteen for the workers on site.

BIO BOX

We have catered for a 3-day training for Bio box in centurion for 15 people.

Finance Union of Workers

We supplied catering for 100 conference delegates.
